What the Court ordered

In the result, the appeal filed by Radha Mohan Singh @ Lal Saheb E is dismissed with the modification that his conviction is altered from Section 302 read with Section 149 IPC to that under Section 302 IPC. He is sentenced to imprisonment for life under the said Section.
