What the Court ordered
In view of the aforesaid premised reasons, we do not find any flaw in the analysis made by the High Court for reversing the conviction under Section 304 Part I of IPC D recorded by the learned trial Judge to that of 302 of IPC and, accordingly, we concur with the same.
