In view of the aforesaid discussion, we set aside the impugned order dated 12.11.2021 passed by the High Court in CR No.1616 of 2020 (O & M) and restore the order passed by the Family Court dated 29.01.2020 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhatinda.
