For the aforesaid reasons and grounds, the Civil Appeals preferred by the Board are dismissed with the clarificati on as to the power of the Appellate Tribunal under Section 15-T of Chapter VI-A of the Act, which is confined to examination of correctness and legality of the order under challenge.
