What the Court ordered

In view of the aforesaid, we award an amount o f Rs. 50,000/- for the loss of amenities taking into consideration the fact 473 that the appellant was 19 years old at the time of the accident, and also considering the nature of injuries suffered by him and the extent of his disability.
