Accordingly, we set aside the impugned judgment dated 9th Septem- c ber, 1985 and restore the judgment of the tribunal dated 29th September, 1980 and hold tha( the amount received by the claimant on the life insurance of the deceased is not deductible from the compensation com- D puted under the Motor Vehicles Act.
