Constitution of India – Arts. 226 and 227 – Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 – s.482 and s.439 – Penal Code, 1860 – s.306 and s. 34 – The appellant was arrested on 04.11.2020 in connection with FIR registered u/s. 306 and s.34 of the IPC – It was allege d that the appellant had not paid an amount due to the deceased for the work which was carried out by him, as a result of w hich he was under mental pressure and he committed suicide by hanging – In the suicide note three individuals were held responsible including the appellant – The appellant invoked jurisdiction of the High Court u / Arts.
