What the Court ordered

In view of the above discussion we do not find force in the contention put forth on behalf of the accused which is rightly rejected by both the Courts. 34.It is argued by the learned Advocates on behalf of the accused that no Test Identification Parade was conducted and for the first time P.W.2 recognized the accused in the Court which is fatal to the case of the prosecution.
