What the Court ordered
In view of the above discussion and in the light of the specific averments in the complaint made by the complainant, we are of the considered opinion that Section 18 of the SC/ST Act creates a bar for invoking ·Section 438 of the Code and the High Court has committed grave error in granting anticipatory bail to the respondents.
