What the Court ordered

We hold that the prosecution failed to establish the guilt insofar as the present G appellant (original Accused No. 3) is concerned and the trial Court committed an error in convicting him under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of IPC and sentencing him to imprisonment for life.
