What the Court ordered

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we F are satisfied that the prosecution has failed to prove its case beyond all reasonable doubt and the High Court committed error in interfering with the trial court's order of acquittal. 30.] We, accordingly, allow the appeal, set aside the order of the High Court and the appellant's conviction and restore the G ~· order of the trial court and acquit the appellant.
