We hold that Sun:sh was killed by A-1 by firing shots from his pistol and that was done in prosecution of the object of the larger B conspiracy hatched by Bhai Thakur, Manik .Patil and some members of their gangs and the unlawful assembly consisting of A-1 to A-6 and some others.
