We hold that all comments, observations and aspersions made by Shethna, J. against the Chief Justice and the learned Judges constituting the Division Bench are without any G justification or jurisdiction and bear no relevance to the case which was before the learned.Judge and the same deserve to be set aside and expunged from the record.
