On 25.10.2022 the appellant was riding his two-wheeler with his brother as pillion in District Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, when a mini truck driven by the second respondent collided with it; he was treated as an in-patient at a hospital in Tirupati and the FIR was lodged at Yerravaripalem Police Station, District Tirupati.
