What the Court ordered
For the foregoing reasons, it is clarified that the direction issued by the Division Bench to the Arbitrator to decide all claims of the appellant strictly in accordance with the terms of the contract agreed upon between the parties shall not be construed to impinge upon the jurisdiction of the Arbitral Tribunal, to adjudicate the dispute with regard to termination of contract.
