Ltd. became the Successful Resolution Applicant under a resolution plan approved under Section 31 of the IBC. Implementation was stalled because the Ghaziabad Development Authority withheld renewal of the development licence and sanction of the revised building plan, the licence for the 99 acres standing in the name of the third respondent, who held the balance land and disputed the SRA's entitlement to route approvals directly.…
