We are of the view that Conditions 28.1 to 28.3, 28.8 and 28.10, insofar as they permit the nomination of two advocates and regulate the manner and distance of the advocate’s presence so as to preclude interference with, or communication during, interrogation, are unobjectionable and, indeed, salutary.
