In view of the foregoing discussion, our conclusions are summarised as follows: - I. The “Gang Labourers (Employment for Sporadic Types of Work) Scheme, 2012”, insofar as it is inconsistent with the directions issued by the Tribunal for engagement on a permanent basis, is hereby set aside.
