No. 914/B, Kallur Village, Kurnool, purchased under registered sale deeds of 1985 and 1996, tracing title to a registered partition deed dated 01.06.1945 which they described as covering 'personal inam' granted by the erstwhile Nawab of Kurnool. When the A.P. State Wakf Board, by proceedings dated 21.08.1999, allotted the land to Jamat Ahle Hadees for construction of an Edgah, they sued before the Wakf Tribunal for declaration that the allotment was void and for permanent injunction.…
