What the Court ordered
In view of the foregoing discussion, and notwithstanding our reservations with regard to certain aspects of the reasoning assigned by the Appellate Court and the cryptic nature of the impugned judgment of the High Court, we are in agreement with the ultimate conclusion reached by the Appellate Court, which has f inally been affirmed by the High Court.
