We hold that the respondent is liable to pay the reserve price fixed for the auction held in November, 2012, from 02.02.2012 till 30.04.2013 in respect of the 8 circles for which its bid was accepted in March, 2013, and from 02.02.2012 t ill 23.03.2013 for the remaining 13 circles, wherein it continued operations during that period.
