What the Court ordered
In view of the aforesaid order, we set aside the findings of the District Forum which ha ve been sustained by the NCDRC with regard to the aspect of deficiency of service found against the appellants and modify the said orders accordingly. 15 The appeals are allowed in part in the aforesaid terms.
