Issue for Consideration The matters herein present a challenge to the judgment of the Division Bench of the High Court whereby the judgment dated 09.09.2024 passed by a Single Judge of the High Court in a batch of Writ Petitions was set aside. Whether the Division Bench erred in interfering with the order of the Single Judge of the High Court, as Single Judge had only asked the Speaker to fix a schedule of hearing (filing of pleadings, documents, personal hearing etc.) within a period of four weeks.
