In view of the above discussion, we are of the firm view that in keeping with the principles of justice, equity and good conscience, 288 [2025] 8 S.C.R. Supreme Court Reports read along with the overarching effect of Article 14 of the Constitution, the appellant-plaintiffs, being Dhaiya’s legal heirs, are entitled to their equal share in the property.
