In view of the above discussion and for the reasons stated above, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the Division Bench as well as the judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge ordering back wages for the period from 23.08.2002 to 30.04.2007 along with interest @ 9% per annum.
