Before parting with the judgment, we would like to observe that since the respondent teachers are working in the AGP Rs.9000 pursuant to the orders though may not be legally sustainable but it is not the case of the appellants that they are not eligible for AGP Rs.9000 and for redesignation as Associate Professor.
