What the Court ordered
In view of the above and for the reasons stated hereinabove, the land transaction in favour of the appellant - original defendant was in breach of Section 13 of the Rajasthan Colonization Act, 1954 and Section 42 of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955, which is rightly held to be void by the Division Bench of the High Court.
