In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and following the dicta laid down in Vivek M. Hinduja (supra) ’s caseand Nekkanti Rama Lakshmi (supra)’s case we are of the view that inordinate delay cannot be condoned and the period of delay can by no stretch of imagination be said to be reasonable.
