What the Court ordered
In view of the above and for the reasons stated above, the present appeal succeeds, the impugned judgment and order pass ed by the Division Bench of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh Bench at Jabalpur in WA No.1559 of 2018 is hereby quashed and set aside by 449 observing that the respondent shall not be entitled for appo intment on compassionate ground on the basis of the subsequent circular/policy dated 31.08.2016.
