In view of the foregoing, we set aside the findings of the High Court and uphold the award by the Tribunal in respect of the computation of Termination Payment unde r Clause 29.5.2. 1021 Grounds of challenge in SLP (C) No. 8311 of 2019 filed by DMRC.
