Andhra Pradesh Judicial Ser vice Rules, 2007 – r .6 – Absorption of Adhoc Judges on r egular basis – In Brij Mohan Lal case, Supr eme Cour t pr escribed the modalities and pr ocedure for absorption of Adhoc Judges on r egular basis – It included qualifying test as well as viva voce test – Pursuant ther eto, appellant-High Court issued notification for the examination and held the qualifying examination and also conducted interviews – All four r espondents had secur ed the r equired minimum 40%/35% qualifying marks in the written examination – However , none of them had secur ed 40%/35% marks
