Rules, 1993– r.39 – Private Respondents were engaged as Ass istant/Lab boy, sweeper, waterman and mechanic respectively in the non- Government College of the appellant – In 2003, the Managing Committee of the appellant, unanimously resolved to abolish the abovesaid posts – Consequent to abolition of the sa id posts, the respondents were removed from their posts – Aggrieved, t he private respondents filed an appeal
