What the Court ordered

In view of the above and for the reasons stated above, we allow this appeal, Set aside the impugned Judgement of the High Court and restore the judgment of the Trial Court convicting the accused under Section 302 of the IPC. The respondent- accus ed is sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life as per the Judgement of the learned Trial Court.
