What the Court ordered
We are of the considered opinion that the direction issued in terms of order dated 28th March, 2018, to keep the interim order of the learned Single Judge of the High Court dated 9th March, 2018, in abeyance and consequently to restrain the Election Commission from pronouncing its order on the application 46 preferred by the political group represented by respondent No.1 (writ petitioner), needs to be vacated.
