In view of the foregoing discussion, we remand only the appellant-claimant’s appeal (M.A.C.A. No.690 of 2014) to the High Court for deciding the question as to whether any case is made out for further enhancement from Rs.24,62,065/- awarded by the Tribunal and, if so, on what grounds.
