What the Court ordered
We are of the view that Suresh Singhal is undoubtedly guilty of causing death to Shyam Sunder with the intention of causing death or of causing such bodily injury as is likely to cause death and therefore guilty of the offence ·under Section 304 of the IPC. We are informed that the appellant has already undergone a sentence of 13 y, years as on date.
