What the Court ordered

In view of the above, we feel that a prima facie case is made out by the petitioners for conducting an inquiry into the alleged incident that took place on 20.12.2011 in order to find out as to whether the version of the petitioners herein is correct and if any false FIR is lodged against them on the basis of whi ch a chargesheet has been filed in the court.
