What the Court ordered
We are of the view that since the parties are yet to adduce the evidence on merits in support of their respective stand taken in the pleadings in the Civil Suit, it would be in the interest of all the parties concerned, that they adduce evidence so that the Trial Court is able to decide the Civil Suit on merits in accordance with law.
