We are of the view that the interest of justice would be advanced if the claim is limited to the extent of250 sq. yards each. 13 .Accordingly, the appeals are partly allowed with a direction to the respondent to allot a plot each to the extent of 250 sq. yards to the appellant and his three other members of the family, who are the owners of the acquired land.
