We are of the view that the applicants are entitled to claim the refund of stamp duty amount from the State in the light of the grounds mentioned above. 46. lnviewoftheforegoing discussion, I.A. Nos. 9 and 10 filed by the applicants deserve to be allowed and are accordingly allowed.
