What the Court ordered
We are of the view that it would be just and proper to direct the Corporation, if it is of the view that the operation of the retail outlet is still justified by the exigencies, to award the same to the appellant by F completing the requisite formalities in accordance with the procedure laid down by the Corporation itself.
