In the result the appeal is allowed and the judgment and order of the Courts below are set aside and the claim c petition is allowed and there shall be a Decree directing the -respondents to pay a sum of Rs.5,08,082.50 as compensation together with interest at the rate of 9 per cent per annum from the date of claim petition with costs.
