Contempt of Court - Judgment and order passed by a particular Court, especially the Supreme Court if alleged not to have been complied, will have to be taken care of and addressed by the Court which passed the order sought to be complied - In the instant case, the petitioner wrongly approached the High Court for initiating contempt proceedings related to a direction of the Supreme Court and the same was rightly not entertained by the High Court - Challenge to said order of High Court by special leave petition, therefore, dismissed.
