For the reasons recorded hereinabove, the impugned order passed by the High Court dated 9.8.2011, directing the appellants to appoint Prabhat Singh on compassionate ground, against a post in the grade of Tax Assistant or any other post C falling in the quota of direct recruitment, is liable to be set aside.
