What the Court ordered

In the result, we do not find any merit in these Special Leave Petitions and accordingly we decline to grant special G leave to the petitioners to appeal against the order dated 04.03.2009 of the MRTP Commission and the order dated 05.01.2010 of the Competition Appellate Tribunal.
