In view of the aforesaid facts and reasons, we set aside the impugned Judgment and Order dated 01.09.201 O of the High Court in Criminal Revision No.555 of 2003 and remand the matter to the High Court for fresh disposal of the revision petition filed by the appellant in accordance with law.
