In view of the above, the appeal is allowed, the judgment and decree of the division bench of the High Court C is set aside and the judgment and decree of the learned Single Judge decreeing the suit is restored as under: (i) The suit property with the installed idols and other assets is declared to be the property of the plaintiff D Math.
