We hold that appellant Nos. 1 to 3 are deemed to continue in service from the date of initial selection i.e., 13.08.2001 and for all purpose and service benefits, the relevant date is date of their initial selection i.e., F 13.08.2001 and they are permitted to continue as per the Rules applicable.
