We are of the opinion that the directions made by the High Court in the impugned judgment are clearly beyond the Courts jurisdiction in a Public Interest Litigation as they interfere with B the functioning of independent State agencies in matters which are beyond their control insofar as uninterrupted supply of electricity is concerned.
