What the Court ordered

In view of the foregoing discussion, we are of the considered view that entering into the compromise as also filing of the same in. the High court of Bombay by respondent no. 9 F on behalf of the appellants was without any fraud and well within the scope of his authority: Accordingly, we find no merit in the present appeals and the same are hereby dismissed.
